Rental Equipment Insurance Policy

Equipment insurance covers damage and breakage of boards, sails, fins, and foils resulting from normal use while windsurfing or wing foiling.

Included Coverage:

• Damage from normal use on the water
• A €50 deductible applies to each incident of normal damage

Not covered under this insurance:

• Damage caused by collisions with other windsurfers, sailors, or third parties
• Damage from crashing into the beach, islands, rocks, reefs, or sandbanks
• Damage from hitting the gear (board, sail, fin, foil, etc.) on sand, sandbanks, rocks, or reefs
• Damage from dragging, carrying, or mishandling gear on the beach or during entry/exit
• Damage caused by leaving equipment unattended at the beach or in unsecured areas
• Loss or theft of any equipment

In all of the above cases, the renter is fully responsible for the cost of repairs and any devaluation of the equipment.

Important:

Each person is responsible for checking their equipment before use.

If any damage is found, it must be reported to the staff before going on the water.

Failure to report pre-existing damage means the renter will be held responsible and charged accordingly.

This insurance supports responsible use on the water only and does not replace caution or care when handling equipment.
