Availability

Surf City Cyprus wants you to enjoy your new products as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. 

However the total time needed for delivery depends on:
- the availability of chosen products,
- the delivery option you prefer

 

Availability of Products

When a product is ordered, and is in stock, it will be ready to be picked up by our shop, (as soon as the same day, or the following working day) or will be ready to be picked up by the delivery service as soon as the following day or up to72 hours if the products ordered are not ready. 

If an item is marked as Out of Stock, don't hesitate to contact us and we can can tell you once we check it with our suppliers, if the item is available in their warehouse and we make a custom order for you.

 

Shipping Time

This is the time the delivery service needs to bring the packet to you. How long it takes depends on the delivery service. You can find out more about delivery options here.

In case of Custom Orders (i.e. when item not in stock in our shop), shipping time will be communicated with you once the order has been placed for you from our suppliers.
