Description
This License is internationally known proof that makes the hiring of equipment much easier. In many clubs in Germany, Greece, and other countries, having this license is mandatory in order to let you hire equipment.
In order to get the Windsurf Basic License, previous experience is required, at least the Level 1 Course. The License includes practical and theoretical exams. Before the exams, the student will get a theoretical booklet that will be analyzed with the instructor. After the exams, if passed, the student will receive his Basic License & a Diploma.
Practical exams:
Rigging and de-rigging, basic position, setting up the board, starting, steering, sailing in different courses, tack, heading upwind.
Theoretical exams:
Material knowledge, common knowledge of the law, sailing theory, safety, nature and environment. In the theoretical exam, a questionnaire has to be filled out.

Important Notes:
Lessons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings (within 48 hours), please call us.
The best time for lessons is between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
