You are deemed to have (a) agreed to these terms & conditions and (b) consented to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Windsurf City Cyprus to administer the Giveaway contest (Giveaway) by your participation.
This giveaway is open to new customers who are at least 18 years of age and residents of the following countries: Austria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Israel, Lebanon, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden & United Kingdom.
You don't need to purchase to enter or win. Sweepstakes are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or other social media.
The contest will start on 7th December 2024 at 9 pm. and end on 31st December 2024 at 9 pm.
How to enter:
Only entries that have fulfilled the criteria will be considered. The giveaway criteria are as follows:
1. Like the Giveaway post.
2. Share the post (set the giveaway post to public)
3. Tag a friend in the comments of the Giveaway post.
Drawing:
One winner selected by the random generator programme will receive a 7-day wing foil rental Voucher worth 350 euros.
The Winner will be announced on our Facebook page on 1 January 2025 and will be contacted via Facebook.
If there is no response from the winner within 48 hours of being contacted, the winner will be disqualified. Windsurf City Cyprus will proceed to select a new winner using the random generator programme.
By participating in this giveaway, participants shall agree to provide Windsurf City Cyprus with their contact details if they are the winner and acknowledge that Windsurf City Cyprus reserves the right to use any photographs/videos taken during prize collection and prize usage.
Prize: 7 Days Unlimited Wing Foil Rental
The prize is valid from 1 April until 30 September 2025 and begins when the equipment is first used.
The prize is for 1 person only and is non-transferable to others, nonexchangable with other products or redeemable for cash.
The prize is not for beginners, the winner must be able to wingfoil upwind.
The 7 days of rental must be CONSECUTIVE and cannot be transferred if there is no wind or bad weather.
The prize is to be used at the school only, equipment can not be moved out of the base.
Windsurf City Cyprus has the right to cancel the prize in case the winner doesn`t follow the company's regulations.
An impact vest and a helmet are required during the use of equipment.
