WING FOIL CAMP 2024 CYPRUS
Experience the incredible feeling of Wing Foiling, a new and rapidly growing water sport that combines elements from windsurfing, kitesurfing, and foiling.
Join our wing foil camp on the sunny island of Cyprus and be ready to get addicted to this amazing water sport.
Our wing foil camp is dedicated to beginners, with prior or zero experience in water sports.
Our 5-day wing foil program is about learning, progressing, and having fun while meeting new like-minded people and being part of a great adventure!
THE COURSE:
Duration 7 hours - split into 5 sessions in a group of maximum 6 people.
DAY 1 - WINGSURF LESSON
2 hours (1 hour on land + 1 hour on water practice with a windsurf board)
Learn the basics of how to set up, launch, and fly the wing on the land and then take those skills to the water.
DAY 2 - WINGSURF LESSON
1 hour
Learn how to sail upwind and downwind.
Turn, and wing back to where you started from.
DAY 3 - WING FOIL LESSON INTRO
2-hour lesson ( 30 min on land + 90 min on water with a foil board)
Theory, safety, and control of the foil board.
Setting up the foil, launching, and landing.
Winging upwind on the sea (Off Foil)
DAY 4 - WING FOIL LESSON
1-hour lesson
Learn the correct point of sail to assist flight
Increase power to assist flight (pumping)
Maintain flight for a short distance.
DAY 5 - WING FOIL LESSON
1-hour lesson
Correcting mistakes
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic swimming skills
Age 16+

Equipment, helmet, wetsuit, impact vest, equipment insurance, rescue boat.
